The Enrico Fermi Research Center - CREF promotes original and high-impact lines of research, based on physical methods, but with a strong interdisciplinary character and in relation to the main problems of the modern knowledge society.
The CREF was born with a dual soul: a research centre and a historical museum. Its aim is to preserve and disseminate the memory of Enrico Fermi and to promote the dissemination and communication of scientific culture.

With a degree in Astronomy and specializations in Science Education and Communication, as well as a Master’s in Science Communication, I have been dedicated to science outreach at the Enrico Fermi Historical Physics Museum since 2023. I organize guided tours, create educational materials, and manage nationwide outreach activities.
Since 2024, I have been a PhD candidate in the History of Science at Bologna, with a project aimed at reconstructing the history of science museums in Rome, with a particular focus on the Enrico Fermi Historical Physics Museum. The goal is to understand how these spaces were born, how they have evolved, and the challenges they face today.
Through the analysis of archives, collections, and testimonies, the idea is to identify best practices for the preservation, dissemination, and enhancement of scientific heritage.”
