The Enrico Fermi Research Center - CREF promotes original and high-impact lines of research, based on physical methods, but with a strong interdisciplinary character and in relation to the main problems of the modern knowledge society.
The CREF was born with a dual soul: a research centre and a historical museum. Its aim is to preserve and disseminate the memory of Enrico Fermi and to promote the dissemination and communication of scientific culture.

Unified Guarantee Committees (CUGs) are joint committees established within Public Administrations. They propose, consult on, and verify equal opportunities and organisational well-being matters. This ultimately aims to optimise the productivity of public work, fostering efficiency and effectiveness in performance, encouraging job satisfaction, and ensuring a work environment that actively combats all forms of discrimination against workers.

The CUG performs monitoring, proposing, consultative, and verification functions within the organisation regarding the fight against discriminatory practices and mobbing in the workplace, according to Directive of March 4, 2011, and Directive No. 2 of 2019 from the Minister for Public Administration.
