The Enrico Fermi Research Center - CREF promotes original and high-impact lines of research, based on physical methods, but with a strong interdisciplinary character and in relation to the main problems of the modern knowledge society.
The CREF was born with a dual soul: a research centre and a historical museum. Its aim is to preserve and disseminate the memory of Enrico Fermi and to promote the dissemination and communication of scientific culture.
Publications, news, press review. For interviews, filming, and press contacts, please write to comunicazione@cref.it
I have been a research fellow at CREF since March 2024 as part of the “Triple T – Tackling a Just Twin Transition: A Complexity Approach to the Geography of Capabilities, Labour Markets and Inequalities” project. I graduated in physics from the University of Rome La Sapienza and completed a PhD in economics at the University of Siena.
My research interests concern the study of green innovations, examining their effects and implications in the context of the sustainable transition of economies. From a methodological point of view, my research includes using economic complexity techniques and analysing patent data.
