The Enrico Fermi Research Center - CREF promotes original and high-impact lines of research, based on physical methods, but with a strong interdisciplinary character and in relation to the main problems of the modern knowledge society.
The CREF was born with a dual soul: a research centre and a historical museum. Its aim is to preserve and disseminate the memory of Enrico Fermi and to promote the dissemination and communication of scientific culture.

Since April 2025, I have been a fellow at CREF, working on the Extreme Energy Events – Science in Schools project. My role involves supporting the operation of cosmic ray detection telescopes in schools located in the provinces of Bari and BAT (Puglia).
I graduated in December 2024 from the Interuniversity Department of Physics in Bari “M. Merlin” with a Master’s degree in Particle, Astroparticle and Advanced Technologies.
My thesis focused on the ALICE experiment’s HMPID detector. My research interests lie in fundamental physics, with a particular focus on experimental aspects and data analysis.
