With a law degree, I have been working at CREF since 2006.

I am the Head of the Human Resources Office and, in constant coordination with the Administrative Management, I handle the administrative and contractual management of all employees.

I also coordinate training activities, process data, and draft periodic reports, analyses, and statistics on personnel management and the monitoring of key organizational indicators, all while ensuring compliance with current labor and public administration regulations
