Dimitri Rodarie

I have been a member of CREF since October 2022. I graduated in computer science from the Claude Bernard University of Lyon, France, specializing in Artificial Intelligence. In late 2022, I completed my PhD in computational neuroscience in Geneva, Switzerland, under the supervision of Henry Markram, where he worked on the modelling and simulation of the whole mouse brain.

I specialize in developing algorithms to integrate experimental data while taking into account the constraints of spatial geometry.

In particular, I recently worked on a cell atlas of the mouse brain to contribute to the convergence of knowledge on this topic. The project I am working on at CREF, in collaboration with the University of Pavia, concerns the construction of a brain model to integrate experimental FMRI data on mice to study autism.
